Wiby (“Wiby,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have regarding your information when you use our website at wiby.io and the Wiby platform at app.wiby.io (collectively, the “Services”).

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account information: When you sign up for a Wiby account, we collect your name, email address, business name, and password.
Payment information: When you purchase a plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your billing name, address, and card details. Wiby does not store full card numbers.
Onboarding information: During your onboarding call or intake form, we collect details about your business, brand preferences, goals, and any content or assets you provide for your website.
Support communications: Messages you send through the Wiby platform dashboard, email, or any other communication channel.
Booking information: If you book a call via our scheduling tool (Cal.com), we collect your name, email address, and any notes you submit with the booking.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage data: We collect aggregated data about how you interact with our website and platform — pages visited, features used, time on page, referral source, and browser/device type — via Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. This data is privacy-friendly by design and is not used to build individual advertising profiles.
Log data: Our servers automatically record standard log information, including IP address, request timestamps, and HTTP response codes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain information after account closure to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and for fraud prevention. When we no longer need personal information, we securely delete or anonymize it.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our platform is hosted on Vercel’s infrastructure, which provides enterprise-grade security including TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest.

Despite our efforts, no security system is impenetrable. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Wiby account and to notify us immediately at legal@wiby.io if you suspect any unauthorized access.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at legal@wiby.io and we will promptly delete it.
